Hi! I’m Christine, and I’m a Registered Dietitian. I attended Cal State Long Beach where I received my Bachelor’s in Nutrition and Dietetics, then completed my internship at Oakwood University. I have an organic passion for helping others transform their bodies through nutrition, and I truly believe that the key to internal peace is when your body, mind, and soul are in alignment.
I currently serve the underprivileged population, but I’ve also worked in both clinical and outpatient settings. In my free time, I heavily dabble in sports nutrition — two very different ends of the spectrum, but that’s what I love about nutrition: it’s everywhere, and it connects to everything.
Real passion, to me, isn’t something you just talk about — it shows up in how you live. It’s in the way I analyze a runner’s fueling plan, explain metabolism to a client, or find calm through movement and good food. Passion isn’t loud or performative; it’s quiet but constant — a curiosity that never turns off and keeps me learning, refining, and understanding the body at a deeper level.
Cooking healthy recipes with a cultural twist is one of my favorite hobbies, and I love experimenting with fusion cuisine. I’ve been weight-lifting for over 20 years, but I enjoy all forms of movement — especially running, which I recently fell in love with (even though I’m not that fast… yet!). I’m also a mom of two little ones, and feeding them daily might be the most complex nutrition challenge of all — parents will understand!
