a written recap after the session

FOLLOW-UPS (20–30 minutes)
Used as needed to adjust, troubleshoot, or build consistency over time.

PERFORMANCE NUTRITION AUDIT
This is a deep dive one-time session, not ongoing counseling.
We look at:
training volume & intensity
timing of sessions
fuel availability across the day
recovery signals (energy, hunger, sleep, cravings, reliance on caffeine)
where performance is being supported vs. propped up
This is ideal for athletes who:
train frequently or stack sessions
feel flat, wired-but-tired, or inconsistent
don’t want rigid meal plans or constant check-ins
want a framework they can apply independently
You’ll leave with:
a clear fuel structure around your training
examples that fit your schedule
an understanding of what to adjust (and why)
a written summary you can reference and build from
